De fire musikerne i Defecto husker godt hvordan det var å føle seg utenfor da de var barn. De fant ut at musikken kan hjelpe – både til å håndtere vanskelig følelser og til å finne et fellesskap. Den danske gruppen inviterer barna med inn i sin verden av melodisk, hardtslående heavy metal. Barna får opplevelsen en skikkelig livekonsert, hvor den tunge spillestilen gir musikken en kroppslig dimensjon, som blir hos publikum lenge etter siste tone.

The four musicians in Defecto remember all too well what it was like to feel left out as a child. They found that music helps them – both to cope with feelings of loneliness and to find fellowship in a community. The Danish band invites children into their world of melodic, hard-hitting heavy metal. The children get to experience a proper live show, where the heavy style gives the music a bodily dimension that stays with you long after the last note has been played.
