Join us on an adventure in the amazing world of birds! We’ll go on a treasure hunt for exciting birds and create music and dance inspired by bird songs. The music will be performed by Frøy (saxophone) and Martin (bass), and together with Victor (the dancer), the children are invited to participate. On this adventure, we will discover instruments from nature and play with movement in harmony with the music. With light, sound, movement, and music, we’ll create a magical bird symphony together.
The inclusive art version is specifically developed to be suitable for audiences with cognitive challenges and a mental age of 3-7 years. We have researched and tailored the experience for an audience with varying degrees of challenges related to self-regulation, attention/concentration, and behavior control.
We have extensive experience performing for a diverse audience. Birdsong has toured with The Cultural Schoolbag and performed for students with various disabilities from 1st to 10th grade and high school. We have found that Birdsong resonates beyond the very specific challenges mentioned above.
Bli med på oppdagelsesferd i fuglenes fantastiske verden! Vi går på skattejakt etter spennende fugler og lager musikk og dans inspirert av fuglesangen. Musikken blir spilt av Frøy (saxofon) og Martin (bass), og sammen med Victor (danseren), inviteres barna til å delta. På oppdagelsesferden finner vi instrumenter fra naturen og leker med bevegelse i samspill med musikk. Med lys, lyd, bevegelse og musikk skaper vi en magisk fuglesymfoni sammen.
Inclusive art-versjonen er utviklet spesielt med hensyn til å kunne passe for publikum med kognitive funksjonsutfordringer og mental alder 3-7 år. Vi har forsket og forsøkt tilrettelagt for et publikum med ulik grad av utfordringer i forhold til selvregulering, oppmerksomhet/konsentrasjon og adferdskontroll.
Vi har god erfaring i å spille for et mangfoldig publikum. Fire fugler har vært på fylkeskommunale DKS turneer og spilt for elever med ulike funksjonshindringer fra 1-10-klasse og videregående. Her erfarte vi at Fire fugler gir ressonans utover det veldig spesifikke nevnt ovenfor.
